Ana Castela and the shows on the social calendar
What did I do?
I directed the communication campaign for the Children's Day Festival with Ana Castela, on October 4, 2025, at Expotrade, in Pinhais, from the announcement on June 30 to the post-event article. I defined the concept, with a personal and close tone, approved by the communication management, the superintendent's office and the board. I passed the guidelines on to the designer, who created the pieces for every phase, from the save the date to the announcement, ticket sales, the reminder, the event day and the post-event, as well as the visual communication inside the festival. On the day, I briefed photographers and videomakers on what to capture and directed the real-time coverage team. I interviewed Ana Castela and wrote the magazine article and the post-event press release.
For the other shows on the social calendar, I directed the communication campaign for members and was the spokesperson who interviewed the artists, as with Jota Quest and Xande de Pilares.
What skills does this show?
Event and entertainment marketing, an integrated campaign across all channels, creative and shoot direction, real-time coverage, artist interviews and change communication with the internal audience.
What results did I deliver?
The festival drew 3,021 people, and the announcement made the cover of issue 319. Together, the seven shows with attendance recorded in the Club's reports drew 7,198 people, with Ana Castela, Paralamas do Sucesso, Toquinho, Xande de Pilares, Biquini, Diogo Portugal and Demônios da Garoa. Jota Quest, with about 1,200 people, made the cover of issue 312. Paralamas sold out the tables in two days, and Toquinho sold out the tickets on the first day. In the survey for the Paralamas show, 30.9% of the audience said they had heard about the event on social media.
What's the story here?
A club founded in 1881 bringing national artists to its members, and a show so anticipated that it had to leave the venues to fit the audience. Ana Castela was the ambassador of the 70th Festa do Peão de Barretos and a long-standing request from members. The biggest challenge was the change of location, because members are attached to the venues, and communication had to show, in a warm and instructive way, that Expotrade would bring more safety, a bigger audience and more attractions. The festival had a playground, a second stage, free parking and the Cantinho do Aconchego, a space with less noise for children who needed a quieter environment. It ended with more than three thousand people in front of the main stage.
